AI GoalMaster — Privacy Policy Effective date: October 22, 2026 Intended URL: https://oceandigitalgroup.com/goalmaster-privacy This policy covers the AI GoalMaster app for Android (package app.rork.goalmaster_imcqckd) and iOS (App Store id6759251071). It applies to AI GoalMaster only. WHO WE ARE AI GoalMaster is published by Ocean Digital Group LLC, and on Google Play under the developer account David Mieczynski (App Store seller: Ocean Digital Group LLC) ("we", "us"). Contact: support@oceandigitalgroup.com. SUMMARY - Your goals, plans and progress are stored on your device. We do not operate our own server or user accounts; AI and analytics requests pass through our app platform provider, Rork. - When you ask the app to create a plan, coach you, or give insights, the text you enter is sent to Rork, which forwards it to third-party AI model providers selected by Rork. - The app sends usage analytics (app opens, screen views, AI feature use, an anonymous analytics ID and device details) through Rork to PostHog. There is currently no in-app opt-out. - If you subscribe, RevenueCat processes your purchase history and a random app user ID so your subscription works. - We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Your goals, goal descriptions, daily tasks, plans, progress and stats are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us. INFORMATION SENT TO SERVICE PROVIDERS - Goal text (title, description, minutes per day) you enter to create a plan — Rork (our app platform), which forwards it to third-party AI model providers selected by Rork — To generate your daily task plan — We keep no copy. Rork and its AI providers process it under their own terms; we do not control how long they keep it. - Coach chat messages (Pro) — Rork (our app platform), which forwards it to third-party AI model providers selected by Rork — To generate coach replies — Same as above. The app does not save chat history on your device; it is cleared when you reset the chat or close the app. - Goals summary for Insights (Pro) — Rork (our app platform), which forwards it to third-party AI model providers selected by Rork — To generate insights — Same as above. - App usage events (app opens, screen views including screen addresses, AI feature use), an anonymous analytics ID, device model, OS and app version — PostHog, Inc., via Rork's relay — Understand app usage and fix problems — Kept under Rork's and PostHog's retention settings, which we do not control. There is currently no in-app opt-out; email us to request deletion. - Approximate location (country/city) derived from your IP address — PostHog, Inc., via Rork's relay — Analytics — PostHog may derive your approximate location (country/city) from your IP address. - Purchase history, random app user ID, store receipt and device information — RevenueCat, Inc. — Unlock and restore your subscription — Kept by RevenueCat while needed to provide your subscription, under its privacy policy. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or identity details) into goal or chat text. Technical data: When the app contacts these providers they receive your IP address and also device model, operating-system and app version as part of normal operation. SUBSCRIPTIONS AI GoalMaster Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play and the App Store. In-app payments are handled by Google or Apple; we never see your card details. RevenueCat, Inc. processes your purchase history and a random, anonymous app user ID on our behalf, under its privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. Cancel anytime: on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. HOW WE USE DATA Only to provide app features (plans, coaching, insights, subscriptions) and to understand and improve the app. We do not use it for advertising or sell it. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not control whether Rork's AI providers do; see their terms. SHARING We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers process it on our behalf: 1. Rork (app platform and AI toolkit) 2. Vercel, Inc. SiteGround (hosts oceandigitalgroup.com, including this page) COMMUNITY / LEADERBOARD The "Community" leaderboard shows sample entries generated on your device. They are not real users, and no information about you is shared with other users. SECURITY Data sent from the app to service providers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT We do not ask for accounts, names, email addresses or phone numbers in the app. DELETION - On your device: Delete individual goals in the Goals tab, one at a time. To remove all local data, uninstall the app or, on Android, go to Settings → Apps → AI GoalMaster → Clear storage. - By email: write to support@oceandigitalgroup.com with your request. If you subscribed, include your Google Play order number (GPA.…) or App Store receipt, and we will ask RevenueCat to delete the related records. We will ask Rork to delete analytics data. YOUR RIGHTS You can ask to access or delete data held about you by emailing support@oceandigitalgroup.com. CHILDREN AI GoalMaster is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app is intended for adults 18 and over. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help delete their data. CHANGES We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
